Insolvency Practitioners Tribunal

A tribunal and a body that is now defunct

The Insolvency Practitioners Tribunal (IPT) was a specialist body which heard appeals from people who have had their accreditation as an insolvency practitioner removed or refused by the Secretary of State.

Under the Deregulation Act 2015 [1] the Secretary of State ceased to authorise insolvency practitioners directly, and the tribunal closed shortly thereafter.

This authority no longer exists, so you cannot make a request to it.
