Freedom of Information Requests to courts including magistrates courts, county courts, the high court and appeal courts can be made via the Courts and Tribunals Service.

From 1 April 2011, Her Majesty's Courts Service and the Tribunals Service integrated to form Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service.[1]

Freedom of Information Requests to HMCTS are dealt with by the Ministry of Justice's FOI team. Please make clear within your request that you are seeking information held by HMCTS.
