Abello East Anglia is the operator of Greater Anglia and Stansted Express branded services, which are provided under a franchise agreement [1] with the Department for Transport.

Abello East Anglia isn't subject to Freedom of Information, however we have listed it as we believe the company is subject to the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR).
