Consumer Futures (formerly known as Consumer Focus, and formally known as the National Consumer Council) was abolished on 1st April 2014. Its functions were transferred to Citizens Advice, Citizens Advice Scotland, and the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland.

This authority no longer exists, so you cannot make a request to it.
