Our understanding is that Integrated Care Partnerships are not legal entities in their own right. Please make your request for information to a member of the Integrated Care Partnership which is clearly subject to FOI such as the local Integrated Care Board.

An integrated care partnership is required to prepare a strategy (an “integrated care strategy”) setting out how health needs in its area are to be met by the area's Integrated Care Board, NHS England and relevant local councils.
