I am in the Kafka-est world of having received a PCN from Haringey. I didn't get the original, they won't/don't have to consider requests, and the best bit is that they didn't even (as far as I can tell) even issue a valid ticket - 9 months I have waited for them to take me to court so I can have the thing thrown out......
