Dear Sir or Madam,

I would be grateful to receive information on what action you have
taken to:

(1) locate my original documents mailed to you on 26th May 2009.
(2) locate copy documents mailed to you on 19th August 2009.
(3) respond to my e-mail, with an attachment of scanned copy
documents, sent on 15th September 2009.
(3) provide sufficent staffing resources to answer calls to the
telephone number provided, on your letter dated 15th October 2009,
(0300 123 1273) which remains engaged throughout the working day.
For your information, I work in an office and have this number on
speedial - I hit the redail button every 30 minutes and, having
