YET AGAIN I AM BEING GIVEN THE RUN AROUND

Dear Sir or Madam,
Since nobody is addressing the civil liberties abuse since 1996
The European Court of Human Rights via English Adviser told me to
endure its civil liberties abuse again , since I have endured :
cardiac arrest , financial loss and libel also wrongly registered
as mentally rather than physically disabled by LA so can save money
and carry on discriminating and MALADMINISTRATING . If I am not
allowed a fair hearing does that mean we are not a democracy. As I
have been coming to Tony Blair and yourself since you first started
e - petition & write to them what has happened a few quick fixes on
wrongly given PCNs . Not good enough .

Dear Sir or Madam,

Surely something is seriously wrong at DWP, if
they & Equality Commission & all other Ministries and regulatory
bodies, who are not contactable, and don't take their illegal acts
seriously. Together they fashion themselves on the marketting tool
the call centre .NB Fraud re: them on my site here which was
rejected ,so I request URGENT multifaceted review with PM's Office
and yourselves as I do have an Affadavit & Expert witness who will
vouch she is also being given same maladministration & rudeness.

I need to contact ,urgently, someone who can assist, as I'm being
ripped off by benefits [ the admin DWP? not backdating DLA
mobility] & being ripped off by lawyers saying going to litigate &
taking £2000 to file papers which courts have now deliberately
destroyed letting admin override legal decision. .

I can't cope with trying to resolve myself as finding whole system
;[see you have the same ??!! ] easily maladministrated as in this
case of a recent an Appeal Tribunal ruling - behind my back .

Having recently done a BA then MA I know not dealing with
individuals is what is causing the problem, statistics can say what
you like Its no good doing quick fixes for one.

By resolving issues for individuals this can help the others .
Anyone with any intelligence should know this.It is these
alienating discriminating attitudes which have contributed to my
cardiac arrest 2 years ago. Please see this to the DWP forum attend
the meeting with you as already trying to get out of .

The Home Office's response to this can easily be guessed. They
won't be able to help as

1. this is not a FOI request
2. You are making references to the Department of Work and
Pensions. They are different departments.

If I was you I'd make an appointment to see your MP and in a face
to face meeting discuss your problems and if appropriate he can
then contact the government departments involved.

Being going to MP since 1996 . My expert witness German legal BA/MA
said emigrate after meeting , as knows allowing his PAs to
maladministrate. Tip of the iceberg? Unlike you I am not bowing to
the structures that don't work .
