Works planned or carried out in the Pincey Mead area of Pitsea

Dear Essex County Council,

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please will you answer the following points as a FOI request, I
appreciate you must get many of these requests and thank you in
advance for your time and effort in answering me.

(1) What enquiries, investigations or other works have been carried
out over the last 18 months in relation to subsidence and/or ground
movement issues (such as sunken paths/drains) in the area of Pincey
Mead (courtyard type setting) that is adjacent to the subway
beneath Pitsea Rd and specifically the small green between numbers
9/10/11 Pincey Mead

(2) What assessments or work (to inc any planned work which has
been cancelled or delayed etc) has taken place, is to take place,
to large trees in the same area over the same time scale?

(3) What correspondance do you have, to include emails, memos,
notes and other documents (hard copy or electronic), relating to
any problems, issues or work in this area, on the trees, highway or
general area, to include paths and fences etc. Please include any
documents or correspondance (formal or informal) to/from Basildon
District Council or other public authorities.

I would prefer to receive this information electronically. If the
decision is made to withhold some of this data using exemptions in
Act, please inform me of that fact and cite the exemptions used.

expect you to contact me if you find this request unmanageable in
any way.
