You previously responded that no works (other than that carried out

However, the information provided is incorrect. At some stage

With respect your response does not accord with photographs I have

one position. But further photographs taken at the beginning of
December 2009 shows this sign 959 having been moved some 8 metres

this work and I would request that you revert to the relevant

Perhaps an investigation into site visits may provide an
explanation and I would be grateful if you could advise the dates

If it will assist I can email you the photographs that show the

Dear S Campbell,
Thank you for your email below. Attached is a further spreadsheet
containing details of all works carried out on Clapham Park Road from
2004 onwards, as requested. Apologies for not including this earlier, I
had mistakenly believed that you were interested in works from 2007
onwards.
I shall, ask the Highways team to provide me with a key for Defect codes
and forward this to you as soon as it is available. I will also enquire
about the works recorded as completed on 9 November 2009, and get back
to you on this point, with any further information I am able to provide.
The spreadsheet extract attached from our symology database, was
relatively easy to obtain. Therefore, I am not sure why you have not
been provided with this in response to your earlier request. Please
accept my apologies for this on behalf of the Council.
I will make the necessary enquiries as outlined above and get back to as
soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Ian Goodwin

Dear S Campbell,
Apologies for the delay in responding, this has been due to other work
pressures. Following on from my email to you of 5 February, please find
below my further response.
Colleagues in our Transport and Highways team have re-checked our SYMOLOGY
database and we can confirm that the work carried out on 9 November 2009,
as highlighted in your previous email, did relate to the sign in
question. Apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused you.
Having been in contact with our Principal Transport Engineer they have
confirmed the following:
The sign post was unstable and the engineer visiting the site felt that
the location was unsafe/unsuitable hence the decision to move it further
up to the start of the bus lane. The cost of that work was £243.23.
Below is a screenshot of how the order appears on our SYMOLOGY database.
We hold no further information on this work undertaken.
In your earlier email you had also requested a key for the defect codes,
please find below our response.
