Dear Sirs,

I refer to the above request dated 5 June 2009.

This local authority has only dealt with one proposal for a wind farm - at
Westmill Farm, Highworth Road, Watchfield, SN6 8TH.  The application
reference number is WAT/1611/12, and planning permission was granted on 7
July 2005.  No other wind farms are currently being planned in this
District.

The planning permission and related Section 106 Agreement are available as
public documents.  I can arrange for copies to be sent to you on receipt
of a cheque for £7.50.

Yours faithfully,

Mike Gilbert

Thank you for your response.

Please can you confirm that these are the only two documents that
the Authority holds which relate to the wind farm at Westmill Farm,

Dear Susie Hilton,

No - we hold all of the application documentation, including the Environmental Statement, representations from statutory consultees and other third parties, and the numerous Committee reports.

All of these documents are in the public domain, so they are not really covered by the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Unfortunately, given the number and size of these documents, they are not yet available to view on the Council's website. However, they are available to see in the Council's offices in Abingdon.

Regards,

Mike Gilbert
