Thank you for your FOI email dated 29 May 09.

How many people/tenents are being transferred to

larger properties within the borough in the past two

years.

We have rehoused approx 400 applicants to larger homes in the last two
years.

How many 3 bedroom properties are actually available?

We have let approximately 200 three bedroom homes since 30 Apr 09.

How long is the waiting time on the list?

Applicants' waiting time will vary according to their Allocation Group
and the size of home they require and what they are prepared to bid for
through our Choice Based Lettings scheme.

I hope this information is useful.
