Are the legal people bought in on contract and biased Remits in the
administrative Court ?Who legally monitors that the admin are
seeing TRIBUNAL/APPEALS Decisions are carried out .
In 2003 was told admins have no discretion is this legal? They seem
to have discretion to withold destroy evidence they have given word
x2 would return .
NB my RETU RN OF EVIDENCE RCJ FOI request . Who addresses this
Civil Liberties Abuse with this criminal action by themselves ?

Dear Customer Services (CSHQ),

Is a Compliance Unit Democratic, or is it a shut up and we will do
nothing unit? AS HAVE NO DISCRETION - you told me this in 2003 on
my MA had to extend for a year due to your illegal behaviour . How
are you going to compensate extra fees & living costs ? Sounds like
a tool of torture. How does a Compliance unit resolve ISSUES as
process & Procedures complete waste of time as maladministrated any
way then Data protection used inappropriately .Are you responsible
for this? So request internal review as you are acting illegally -
no discretion with noone regulating or monitoring or qualified to
oversee.

Has a compliance unit the capability and democracy to resolve? So
request an internal Review with someone not on a remit or contract
that is oral due to your inability to resolve issues using
compliance unit [ fascistic] .
