15 March 2010
Dear UK Border Agency,
I have a request under Freedom of Information (FOI) law to UK
Border Agency regarding the date when the revised forms (with new
immigration fees) will be available to public on UKBA website.
News/updates article on the UKBA official website on
05 March 2010 "New immigration fees from 6 April 2010"
says:
"on Tuesday 6 April 2010, we are revising a number of our
application forms. If you are submitting an application on or after
6 April, please: visit the relevant section of this website to
check that you have the right form"
Please, confirm: when will the revised forms be available to public
on UKBA website?
In particular, will they be available to public well in advance of
6 April 2010?
Or if otherwise they will be available to public not before 6 April
2010 then: what is the solution for those applicants who have
Premium Service Appointments in your Public Enquiry Offices on
morning 6 April 2010?
Yours faithfully,
Vitaliy
