Dear Sir or Madam,
Your response to my first request was inadequate.
You stated that you were unable to trace the number of dustbins
stolen against those replaced for fair ware and tear.
I suggested that you may find the answer in your Finance
Department.
Anyone having a dustbin replaced through theft will have had to pay
for the replacement bin.
Therefore:
Please ask your Finance Department to give me the figures for
dustbins replaced and paid for over the past 12 months.
