What percentage of complaints do Local Government Ombudsmen consider personally

Dear Sir or Madam,

A Local Government Ombudsman is on record stating that 'We have
delegated to our staff the ability to make decisions on the vast
majority of cases'.

Therefore, I would like to know how many decisions each of the
three Ombudsmen personally made during the last reporting period.

I would like these broken down into the same categories used in
your annual reports for all decisions, MI, LS, NM, Premature,
Outside jurisdiction etc.

I would also like a copy of the written guidance issued to their
staff by the Ombudsmen after they have delegated the ability to
make decisions on a case.
