Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to add that I am disappointed that as a client needing
to request urgent help by best means of email communication with
you, due to its rapid delivery and that I can add the necessary
attachments easily for your perusal, I have searched your web-site
and cannot readily see an email address available. I understand
that you are required to provide an email address on your web site
as per 6(c) of The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations
2002, to enable precicely this ie. to 'make it possible to contact
you rapidly and communicate with you in a direct and effective
manner'.

I continue to await your provision of your email address for such
purpose.

Yours sincerely,

Ms Down

Dear Ms Down

I refer to your email below;

Unfortunately we do not have a direct email address for our Customer
Support Office, however if you log into your account online you will be
able to send a message through our webchat facility and you should get a
prompt reply.

I have also spoken to one of the supervisors within our Customer Support
Office who has advised that there are a large number of advisors able to
take calls and there are no queues so it may be worth trying to contact us
by telephone.

I hope this information is of use to you.

Kind Regards

Debbie Goldie

Do you know customer_complaints AT-SIGN slc.co.uk already? You might be interested in that one.

I also have the email address of SLC's EU-Team (EU_Team AT-SIGN slc.co.uk), they might forward your request to the appropriate desk if you ask nicely.

Dear FOI Publication Scheme,

Thankyou for your email response.

I refer back to both my previous letters please note my important
comments as to why I choose to use email communication with your
offices as with my local council, my mp's, the house of commons, my
library, even tescos allow me to communicate direct via email.

Please supply an email address so that I have the opportunity to
access direct communication and provide information in a clear and
concise written format directly from myself and not through another
individual (chat) who does not have my paperwork/details at hand
and would not be as efficient as myself and not as effective as
providing the whole issue in written format ie. email/letter, which
is after all how most of us communicate everyday and I feel
disempowered to not have this opportunity to communicate with you
in this way. This is fraustrating as you use email communication so
what is the prolem? I feel restricted without access to a simple
email address and cannot understand why you cannot provide me one
in the interests of best practice.

Please accept this as further request for direct contact email
address.

Yours sincerely,

Ms Down
