Dear Sir or Madam,
Are you able to tell me the number of individuals who have
successfully received funding and surgery for the following under
the umbrella of Portsmouth PCT:
Pinnaplasty, Rhinoplasty, Thyroid chondroplasty, Breast
augmentation/reduction
Does Portsmouth PCT routinely fund any of these procedures or are
cases where funding is necessary exceptionally funded?
Yours faithfully,
Rachel Taylor
