I request the following specific full & complete Complaints Policy
& Procedure information from West Lindsey District Council, The
Information required to be applicable and up to date relating to
the following & specific West lindsey District Council Departments
/Units.

1) Neighbourhoods Services Department.

2) Antisocial Behaviour Unit /Department.

3) Customer Services Department.

4) Child Protection Service Department.

5) Environmental Department.

I would wish to be notified before any information request is
transferred.

Dear Marlow, Lyn,

I write to formally request an Internal review of West Lindsey
District Councils handling of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
request as below:

ref: FOI/464

"West Lindsey District Council - Complaints Policy & Procedures".

This Internal Review requested to be dealt with by the appropriate
officer of West Lindsey District Council, due to the late provision
of Information to a member of the public, therefore in breach of
the Statutory requirements under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 legislation.

I also confirm, that I will consider myself putting further
requests as suggested to Lincolnshire County Council. This advice
given by a Mrs Lyn Marlow, the officer dealing with this request,
and the Customer Service manager acting for West Lindsey District
Council.

Clarification also to be sought due to the Information by Mrs Lyn
Marlow the officer dealing with this request, that West Lindsey
District Council do not provide Child Protection Services or
department. Therefore, no policy or procedures operating or
available, which would require a complaints provision.

I send this repeated request for an Internal review, made due to
again late supply of Information requested under "The Freedom of
Information 2000 Act" to "West Lindsey District Council"

Regrettably, and as you are aware, West lindsey District Council
have failed under the regulations to supply Information on several
previous occasions correctly or appropriately.
Please now find below to assist, the Internal review request made
on the 20th February 09, to date and again regrettably, this still
has not been acknowledged correctly by - West Lindsey District
Council

Ref: West Lindsey District Councils regulation Failure to the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 Request No : 464.

Thankyou for your Reply to the Freedom of Information request,
correctly submitted for an Internal review.

This request was submitted and acknowledged on the 22nd January
2009 a working day.

You again Mrs Rachel North, are also regrettably mistaken, as I
have heard nothing from a Mrs Sue Harrison, West Lindsey District
Councils "Democratic Services Manager","Data Protection officer",
etc etc as you incorrectly again state, please now provide the
letter you refer to?

In regard to this request, I did hear from a Ms Burrows, Gemma of
West Lindsey District Council on the 26th January acknowledging,
that Customer service advisor, a Mrs Lyn Marlow was now dealing
with this request received on the 23rd January 09. I have also to
help, copied below West Lindsey District Councils notifications,I
hope this helps clarify the actual passage of this request.

You also make further inaccurate comment that will be appropriately
responded to in due course.

reference to a letter provided previously by a Mrs Susan Harrison,
Data protection officer for West Lindsey District Council.

Was this the file submitted on the 7th April, named image001.emz.
if so this was supplied I believe in an inappropriate format for
"worldwide public access". This has if you recall Mrs Rachel North
happened before from your department to a member of the public.
Please confirm this file name and extension is available and
supplied as a reply appropriately to the public as defined by the
Information Commissioners Office on applied Information Access?

If no document is listed for a member of the public to access
appropriatly from your IT, FOI, departments correctly therefore
clearly not available, please as advised place this request
appropriately for Internal review, due to this issue as clearly
outlined to assist you.

With this in mind and the repeated failures to the Freedom of

Put simply to assist, the file in question was supplied on this
occasion by a Mrs Rachel North and was not in correct accessible
format.

I am writing to request an internal review of West Lindsey District
Council's handling of my FOI request 'West Lindsey District Council
- Complaints Policy & Procedures'.

This is not a Vextacious Freedom of Information Act 2000 request
because of and due to the following:

1)West-Lindsey District Council's failure to supply statutory
Internal Review notifications correctly to a member of the public
on the request WLDC ref 464.

2)Incorrect and inappropriate application by WLDC when applying a
further Freedom of Information Reference number WLDC REF: 589,
instead of reasonably dealing with West-Lindsey District Council's
procedural mistakes to Freedom of information Act request reference
464.

3)Failure to use a worldwide accessible file format to a member of
the public by Rachel North on the 7th April 2009 and respond
appropriately to this. ref: file format/ext .emz
