Dear Sir or Madam,
I understand from the 9th April 2009 Officer's Report that the
quality of the Sail scheme was assessed by an independent panel
through a 'Places Matter Design Review' panel session in February
2009.
Please could you supply
(1) the brief for the panel's assessment
(2) the panel's report.
Please could you say
(3) whether the panel visited the site,
(4) how much time was spent by the panel on the assessment.
Yours faithfully,
Ian Campbell

Good Morning,
Thank you for your request for information detailed below. I have
attached documents in response to your enquiry and I hope you find the
information of use. The brief and the panel's report are both attached.
In answer to question 3, yes the panel did indeed visit the site.
Wirral Council do not know the level of preparation and follow up work
undertaken by the Places Matter panel so we are unable to answer
question 4.
I would suggest that you consider contacting Places Matter directly for
this information. You will find their contact details on the attached
letter.
Kind Regards
Jane Corrin
