Dear Sir or Madam,
What flood protection is there for West Kirby in the event of heavy
rainfall on the Dee Catchment running off into the estuary
coinciding with a deep low pressure area over the Liverpool Bay
with strong on-shore winds and predictable tidal surge?
Yours faithfully,
John H Hutchinson

Good Afternoon,
As you are aware, the Council served a notice to you, that your large
volume of Freedom of Information requests, with regards to Hoylake and
West Kirby were deemed as being repeated and vexatious.
Under section 14(2), public authorities do not have to comply with
repeated requests for the same information from the same person. The
Council made you aware of this when the notice was served on you. There
is no public interest test to be taken into account with section 14(2).
Please be advised that the Council rejects your request below in
relation to West Kirby and will reject any further requests on this
subject matter.
Kind Regards

Dear Wirral Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Wirral Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'West Kirby Flood Risk'.
My questions relate to an issue of the greatest importance to
humanity. WMBC has rejected all of my questions relating to
sea-flooding. Governments are discussing the issue in Copenhagen.
Why cannot WMBC engage in this vital debate?

How about standing as an independent councillor and fight the lack of transparency, corruption and incompetence from within. If you are interested contact the Wirral Residents Alliance who have been set up to support non party political candidates stand.
