Liz Mutch made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

From: Liz Mutch

30 June 2010

Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,

I am requesting details of web analytics for the websites that have
been reviewed under the recent cost cutting exercises.

Specifically user numbers per site and time spent on site. If
possible I would also like to know what the 'blounce' rate for the
sites is. (if a user looks at one page then leaves)

Yours faithfully,

Elizabeth Mutch
