Dear Sir or Madam,
Please refer to http://nutsville.com/?p=642 where there are
photographs of a WCC vehicle performing an illegal right turn - the
No Right Turn signs are clearly visible as are large painted
notices in the road.
Please advise what actions were taken against this council employee
for this action
Please also provide copies of communications sent to all council
employees reminding them that they are not above the law - as I am
sure a council with such a high profile as yourselves (and with
such a vast number of traffic enforcement officers) would not wish
to be seen to be endorsing illegal activities
Yours faithfully,
Graham

Dear Customer Relations,
Thank you for your reply, however, I was not trying to report this
incident
I specifically asked:
"Please advise what actions were taken against this council
employee for this action.
Please also provide copies of communications sent to all council
employees reminding them that they are not above the law"
Therefore, please provide the information I requested through the
FOI act
Yours sincerely,

Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Westminster City
Council's handling of my FOI request 'WCC vehicle caught illegally
turning right'.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/wc...
As you can see, the request has been rejected due to hat I can only
assume is someones inability to read the question fully/properly
Yours faithfully,
Graham
