Dear Arun District Council,

I am looking for a list of locations and sizes of Waste grounds
that are run or controlled by Your council.

This list should include any sites that are ear marked for
development, or that are just in a general state of not being used.

Yours faithfully,

graham holden

Dear Graham,

Thank you for your recent FOI request.

I have now had the opportunity to liaise with colleagues and they have
advised as follows:

The Council does not have any property within our direct control, which
can be described as 'waste land' We may have land which appears waste to
some but is in fact left wild to encourage wildlife and for informal
recreation for those who enjoy the wildlife habitats.

I trust this deals with your request satisfactorily.

Kind regards

Sue

Dear Sue Fairs-Browning,

Thank you for your response.

Can you provide me a list of the land that is left "wild"? And is
this land managed in any way at all?

Yours sincerely,

graham holden
