Dear Sir or Madam,
Why have Transport Depts of local hospital sent buses that seat 30,
to pick up one when a taxi /car would have done.Is there no
discretion in policy ? Are there arrangements for Blue Badge
Holders and single persons if undergong anaesthetic or tests over 3
hrs to have a volunteer escort or/ and provision .
My last 3 PCNs have been outside hospitals and the stress
contesting not only caused cardiac arrest in the past but put my
back out so was having to call out ambulance .
Should decent health care be a health and safety issue ? I
shouldn't have to take a body guard because of the administration
's unethical behaviour over access ?My MP , Councillors , Ministers
were informed of this problem before my cardiac??! And as for LINK
still not contacting local group.

If anything is a waste of taxpayers money it is the ill thought out rambling emails you are sending out without consideration of whether or not you are contacting the most suitable public authority.
This website is for submission of Freedom of Information requests, that is information which has not been previously released into the public domain. YOur emails appear to be either incoherent rants, or request for advice. Requesting an Internal Review when you have not made a request is nonsensical.
I suggest that you clearly state the exact information you are after, otherwise you risk being viewed as a vexatious applicant, which will not lead to your serious concerns being dealt with.
I'm confused by your regular condemnation of call centres. Are you confusing this with the Public Enquiry teams of the Public Authorities you are attempting to contact. From my experience of calling a number of govt departments they have been nothing but courteous and helpful.
