PCT, re. speculation to 'develop' Warrens Greenbelt Arrowe Park
land, since idea was first mooted. ALL phases to be included. To

The Council is unable to conduct an internal review at present, as we
are waiting on further information from the PCT, as to whether their
legal view is that any information requested here is subject to an
exemption; and if so, what that exemption is. I appreciate your
patience in this matter.

I intend now to complain to the Information Commissioner regarding
the non production of the requested info.. I have rec'd. no further
info from you since the response of 9th March. This is unacceptable
and well past the deadlines in the guidance.
