Please provide the following data, broken down for each year:

(1) In the last 5 years, how many warrants for arrest have been
issued for an individual who has broken their probation licence
conditions?

(2) Out of this figure, how many were considered high priority,
and/or considered to pose a risk of harm to others?

(3) Out of the total number of warrants issued per year, as stated
in answer to (1), how many of those individuals have been
re-arrested?

(4) Out of the warrants consider high priority, as stated in the
answer to (2), how many of those individuals have been re-arrested?

(5) Out of the total number of warrants issued, as stated in the
answer to (1), how many of those individuals have re-offended while
a warrant for their arrest was active?

(6) Out of the total number of warrants issued, as stated in the
answer to (2), how many of those individuals have re-offended while
a warrant for their arrest was active?

(7) Referring to the individuals stated in answer in question (5),
what crimes have they committed while a warrant for their arrest
was active?

(8) Referring to the individuals stated in answer in question (6),
what crimes have they committed while a warrant for their arrest
was active?

(9) Please provide the following information about any individual
who is the subject of a warrant for arrest for breaking their
probation licence conditions, but who has not as yet been
re-arrested:

* names, ages and last offence for which they received a custodial
sentence.

Thank you for your request for information in relation to:

(9) Please provide the following information about any individual
who is the subject of a warrant for arrest for breaking their
probation licence conditions, but who has not as yet been
re-arrested:

* names, ages and last offence for which they received a custodial
sentence.

Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act, subject
to the information not being exempt or containing a reference to a third
party. In some circumstances South Yorkshire Police may be unable to
achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed and given a
revised time-scale at the earliest opportunity

There may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of
the information you request. If this is the case you will be informed and
the 20 working day timescale will be suspended until we receive payment
from you. If you choose not to make a payment then your request will
remain unanswered.

Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest
possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.
