Dear R Fishall

With apologies for the delay in this reply..

The siren we use is a siren which is built into the CVS 012 unit which
is mounted in the rear of the vehicle. The siren is then put through a
Premier Hazard PA100R speaker at the front of the vehicle. The CVS 012
is a multi function control unit, the siren being just one of its
functions. The CVS 012 unit is fitted by Ford Special Vehicle
Preparations at point of supply.

Please note this is Sussex Police's final response in respect of your
FOI request. Should you remain dissatisfied with this response you do
have the right to request a further review by the Information
Commissioner. They can be contacted via their website www.ico.go.uk

Kind Regards
