Dear Sir or Madam,

Request for information:
Beach Volleyball Tournament 2009 and Beach on the Prom Area.

I refer to the above projects and would be pleased to receive the
following information in detail.

1. The total cost's to the council for hosting the tournament
including site preparation and clearance.

2. Any expenditure incurred for Hospitality

3. Estimates for the cost's of any remedial work to the
infrastructure of the promenade caused by the heavy equipment used
in constructing the site.

4. All Income from any third parties supporting the tournament.

I would be pleased to receive the above information, in writing, at
your earliest convenience.

I refer to your request for information about Beach Volleyball events held
on St Chad's Headland, Blackpool.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and
electronic files and records, the information you requested is not
currently available as the event was organised by external companies and
we have not yet received any re-charges in relation to these events. The
information is anticipated to be available within the nest 2-3 months. If
you would like to make a further request at this time we should then be in
a position to furnish you with the information requested.

I requested the file to be left open and a note was made to let me know when the information became available, however this never materialised.
