Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to know how many times, during the last reporting
year, each of the Local Government Ombudsmen has personally visited
the councils they are the nominated Ombudsman for.

Clarification: Please supply a list of the councils they visited
together with the number of times they personally visited each
particular council.
