I would like to know how many times, during the last reporting
year, each of Local Government Ombudsmen has personally visited a
complainant, or met a complainant at the location of the problem
the complainant is complaining about, in order to gain a better
understanding of the complaint.

Clarification: Please supply the number of complainants they
visited and the number they met at the site of the problem
complained about for each of the Ombudsmen.
