Visitor numbers to A&E over past three financial years

Chloe Reeves made this Freedom of Information request to The Whittington Hospital NHS Trust

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, The Whittington Hospital NHS Trust should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

From: Chloe Reeves

10 December 2009

Dear The Whittington Hospital NHS Trust,

Please could you advise the number of people who visited Accident
and Emergency within the financial years 2008/09, 2007/08 and
2006/07. Please could you advise the number who visited to be seen
by a health professional as opposed to a people count through the
door.

Please could you advise the reasons for visits (as per the Hospital
Episode Statistics coding). It is fine to receive these reasons as
percentages.

Yours faithfully,

Chloe Reeves
