I have seen a letter sent out to all Verrus shareholders advising
them that said company had won the tender for providing
Pay-by-Phone in Westminster. However this letter was dated before
other companies who had tendered had been notified and before
Westminster City Council had made any announcement.

1)Please could you advise if it the Councils policy to notify the
successful company that they have won the tendering process ahead
of the companies which had lost?

2)Is the information regarding the tendering process for the
pay-by-phone contracts available anywhere on your web site.
