Trevor R Nunn made this Freedom of Information request to Vale Royal Borough Council
Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Vale Royal Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to know why a developer's private contractor rather
than Vale Royal Borough Council is cutting the highway verges on an
adopted part of Rookery Rise. More particularly the part of Rookery
Rise between Firtree Close and Linwood Winsford.
I would also like to know why Vale Royal Borough Council is cutting
the verges on an unadopted part of Rookery Rise. More particularly
the part of Rookery Rise between Beechfields and Fernway.
Yours faithfully,
Trevor Nunn

Thanks for the info Richard but I already know who owns the land and the answer to my question. The problem is getting the council to admit the truth.
