Dear Sir or Madam,
hello I've been reading my v5 and noticed it says that I'm the
keeper of the vehicle?could you answer some questions please?

1.if I'm the keeper who is the owner?

2.if someone else is the owner then how can i gain ownership of the
vehicle as I've paid for it so should rightly be the true owner?

3.does my car need to be taxed by law or is it mearly a legal
matter of contract of which i need to consent to?

Yours faithfully,

mark-william:baker

Dear FOI FOI,

thank you very much for your reply but as you stated it is
necessary under statutes and acts which as far as i can tell is
this law is against the common law so the revenue would be an
illegal tax.
and as sir Edward coke said that the crown cannot change any part
of the common law or create any offence by proclamation(now a day's
by statutes)that was not previously an offence under common law.as
it is my understanding that this is correct and found in many law
books even tho it maybe old but it is still a standing common law
that cannot be repealed as common law is the law of the land.

Yours sincerely,

Dear FOI FOI,thank you for your reply
but it is also my understanding that the international criminal
court act 2001 means that by paying any taxes brings me into
personal liability for aiding and abetting the government in war
crimes under section 52 of said act.its is my understanding that it
is classed as conduct and ancillary to war crimes so by paying tax
i would actually be committing a crime.
now im a good man and i dont like to commit or help commit crimes
especially ones this great!

Yours sincerely,

mark-william:baker

They have answered the question as best they can. They key is this line:-

The common law references you quoted have no relevance to this legislation and do
not exonerate a registered keeper from complying with this statutory obligation.

It is my interpretation that only a registered keeper has that statutory obligation.
They constantly refer to public roads, what is a public road?

It seems to me that the DVLA are just another Government Agency just out to rip off the Common Man under these made up Laws. This can not be used without a major public Vote, meaning any Vehicle Tax is in itself is an illegal Tax in the same way as income Tax is in itself is an illegal Tax, if a person decides to choose and pay it then they are agreeing for the UK parliament & treasury to spend there money on how they see fit. Such as MPs paid £250,0000 a year GPs are Paid £500,000 a year salaries & expenses, £11 Million pounds a week to keep the Queen & her family the biggest benefit scroungers living in the UK.
