Dear Sir or Madam,
Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, I request the
following items:
1) Any factual documents relating to the incident(s) which made
necessary the extreme delays to services from Newcastle to
Birmingham on the morning of 20th February 2009.
2) Documentation of the DfT's policy on protecting railway track
from vandalism.
3) Documentation of the DfT's policy on giving railway customers
information about the reasons for the delay to their journey at the
time.
