Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom
of Information Act 2000

1) Does the council own or operate any 'Mosquito' teen deterrent
devices, or similar devices. If so could you please provide the
location of each of these devices.

2) Any report or guidance the council possesses in relation to the
use of these devices, especially any information looking at their
compatibility with Human Rights legislation.

3) Any information the council has on devices within the Leeds area
operated by private companies or individuals. If the council
maintains a register of such devices then please provide a copy of
this register.

4) Any information the council has regarding complaints about the
use of such devices, on noise pollution grounds or otherwise.

Thank you for your request for information which was received by us on the
28^th October 2009 and I can confirm that your request has been dealt with
under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In your e-mail you requested
four pieces information, which I have responded to below.

1. Does the Council own or operate any `Mosquito' teen deterrent
devices, or similar devices. If so could you please provide the location

The Council does not own any of the above devices.

2. Any report or guidance the Council possesses in
