Please provide me with the following information:

1. a copy of the Randstad, "Master Vendor", contract (or any other
'neutral vendor' contract and fee
schedules for recruitment to Bristol City Council on a temporary
and permanant basis) into all department within Bristol City
Council

2. all agencies on the Randstad contract for the supply of
Healthcare Assistants, Social Workers, Domiciliary to Bristol City
Council

3. the pay and agency charge rate of each grade of staff supplied
on this contract currently working on an agency basis at Bristol
City Council by department

4. the fiscal budget for qualified social work professional
recruitment through agencies for 2009-2010

5. the total fiscal spend on agency qualified social work
professionals by department for 2009-2010

Dear Mr Lee,
Further to my email enclosed below, I can now respond to each of your
numbered questions.

1. a copy of the Randstad, "Master Vendor", contract (or any other
'neutral vendor' contract and fee

We have found that section 43 of the Freedom of Information act
(commercial information) is engaged in relation to certain information
contained within the contract and fee schedules. It has been considered
that the disclosure of specific information would be likely to prejudice
the commercial interests of the parties involved and result in competitors
obtaining an unfair advantage. Although the council aim to be transparent
and accountable to the public, it is considered that this aim is
outweighed at this time in relation to specific information only.

The following information has been withheld:

Section 5 - Price Schedule

Prices from Pricing Table.
Details on Mark-Up Rates.

Section 6 - Tender Submissions

Login Details for a Randstad Computer Site.
Settlement Discounts.
Renewal Discounts.
Contact details for Randstad Staff (e-mail addresses, Mobile Phone Numbers
etc.)
Details relating to the Financial Details of Randstad.
Commercially sensitive information within section 6 regarding service
provided

Sections 7 - 14

I can confirm that any Personal data contained has been withheld in
accordance with section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information act 2000.

2. all agencies on the Randstad contract for the supply of
Healthcare Assistants, Social Workers, Domiciliary to Bristol City
Council

There a 4 agencies: Servoca Plc, CPW Hotcats Ltd, Blue Arrow and Elite.

3. the pay and agency charge rate of each grade of staff supplied
on this contract currently working on an agency basis at Bristol
City Council by department

We have found that section 43 of the Freedom of Information act
(commercial information) is engaged in relation to the above. It has been
considered that the disclosure of specific information would be likely to
prejudice the commercial interests of the parties involved and result in
competitors obtaining an unfair advantage. Although the council aim to be
