Dear Mr Elliott
In my email of 19 April I indicated that we required further time in order
to consider whether the qualified exemption in section 43(2) of the
Freedom of Information Act relating to commercial interests applied to
parts of the information you requested.
We have been considering this issue but unfortunately the officer
principally involved in the agency contract is unavailable at this moment
due to other work. This has caused a slight delay but we nevertheless hope
to be able to give you our substantive response by the end of this week.
Thank you for your patience in this matter.
Yours sincerely
