URGENT am stuck with no assistance if can't drive HELP??!!!

Dear Sir or Madam,

Why are DVLA so rigid making it s difficult to renew tax over 100
calls made because not renewing quick enough DLA being difficult
about DISABLED certificate sent last year suspect not returned
.Have insurance & MOT
have said can send cert of actual award DLA have already defrauded
of backdating 4 years when should have been when first applied
destroying evidence NB Ministry of Justice etc re: deliberately
destroyed evidence & manipulation of APPEAL TRIBUNAL decision .
Said would pay but getting all documents to gether very didffficult
when dyspraxic, CFS & spina bifida occulta then travel 10 miles or
wait in queue can't do without disabled scooter van holds .

BLUE BADGE HOLDER DLA - Higher rate -I have suffered cardiacarrest
already because call centres do not take account of disability
issues and call centre Manager not objective like normal managers
just following rules causing civil liberties abuse and outright
DISCRIMINATION .

All my details can be checked on line I even have DLA normal
certificate which can scan & send not motor one which can't
remember being returned by DVLA last time know got and sent in for
refund as did not know could claim tax back as been defrauded of
higher rate since first applied .Have applied again but sound as if
may be difficult with another one.
I am stuck without my car & disability scooter with no carer or
social services and extremely stressed and upset . I am taxed and
insured till Aug in fact recently MOT in advance as car already in
garage. WHAT IS GOING ON ? Can find noone applying reason just
abusive blaming . ALREADY SPENT 3 DAYS ON IT .In Islington start
intimidating you before tax runs out huge sticky labels in middle
of screen . Frightened going to be left not able to get around. .
This wouldn't be happening if had social worker and getting
Motobility [ defrauded out of ] as had backlog at time .

ON WEBSITE if I am entitled to disability exemption from Vehicle
Excise Duty?

When you apply for a tax disc on our website or using the telephone
service we are able to verify your entitlement to disability
exemption electronically with Department for Work and Pensions
(DWP) www.direct.gov.uk and the Service Personnel and Veterans
Agency (SPVA) http://www.veterans-uk.info .

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an IMMEDIATE before end of month internal
review of Department for Transport's handling of my FOI request
'URGENT am stuck with no assistance if can't drive HELP??!!!'.This
needs immediate attention as made over 100 calls if had social
worker or Motobility wouldn't happen.They wouldn't dare behave like
this.

Dear FOI FOI,

They say a new TAX DISC is in the post NB annotation above re
:everybody else - remedy root cause .

There was nobody contactable in DVLA, DLA , Police, MP and LA with
discretion able to assist/ How time wasting . The police more
interested in going to street party [ suspect CAD was not recorded
refused using FOI to show which also mentions FRAUD destruction of
evidence at Royal Courts of Justice ??!! Completely spoilt last few
weeks. Their actions were downright malicious totally unreasonable
no wonder having cardiacs ??!!
