I’ve been asked to reply to your FOI request and I have put the answers in
red for you below:-   
 
a. When the access road from Lochloy Road to Kingsteps Car Park was
     resurfaced by the Highland Council?  During financial year 2001 –
2002.
 
b. What the cost of this resurfacing was?  £7,500 (which included the car
park works).
 
c. What checks were conducted as to the ownership/adoption of this
     road?  Permission was received in writing from the owner.  The road
is not adopted.
