Dear Foi Officer,
I would like to know how many complaints in relation to children
regarding social services have been made and upheld.
What I mean by breach is how many complaints regarding breaches of
data have been complained about and how many of those complaints
have been upheld.
For example, child protection case conference notes being sent to
another address? Children's names registered on the children
protection register have been sent to other people, by way of post
or electronic mail.
What levels of compensation if any have been paid out for those
breaches of data?
Without this information how can it been seen that the LGO is
monitoring and effectively governing and protecting those who have
been damaged by such breaches.
Yours sincerely,
Sasha Watson BSc (Hons)
