Updated case list

Dear Sir or Madam,

in a Freedom of Information request response (your reference
FOI/991, see also
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/cu...) you
provided Mr Alex Skene with the current case list of FOI and EIR
complaints cases. Mr Steve Wood from your office states in his
response of October 10 2008:
"We have now pulled together these case summaries into a single
report showing all the eligible FoI and EIR complaints currently
open at the
end of June 2008. We intend to update and publish this report on a
monthly basis in the near future."

I have today searched your website and have not been able to find
any such updated reports. Therefore, I would like to make a request
for the following:

1) The most updated case list you are at the moment able to produce
from your case management system.

2) All notes, emails, memoranda, meeting records and other records
which were created or amended in response to the handling of the
above mentioned FOI request by Mr Skene (FOI/991) and which discuss
or touch upon the possibility of publishing an uptodate (at least
monthly updated) case log online.

If you do not hold information sub 2), I would be grateful if you
could inform me (not pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act,
but just as reply to a "normal question") what your current plans
are to publish details on current cases/complaints.
