1. The number of Home Inspectors and Energy Assessors; both
domestic and non domestic, on the Landmark database.
2. Can you confirm the frequency in which these Landmark figures
are updated and has an update happened since Mr Pickles decided to

Dear Mr Gillespie,
I am in the process of responding to your FOI request. Before I do so could I please clarify your request at 2. below.
By ".....frequency in which these Landmark figures are updated", do you mean (a) how often CLG receive updated figures from the Register management information system? or (b) do you mean how often accreditation schemes upload assessor details onto the Register?
Yours sincerely,
Phil Pbeschiz

Dear Mr Gillespie,
Thank you for your email, please find attached a letter in response to your FOI request.
Under the FOI Act requests which are not for recorded information are outside the scope of the Act. I am, therefore, providing a response in this email to your question at 2 below.
Landmark produce a report, from the assessor details uploaded to the central Registers by approved accreditation schemes, on a daily basis. The frequency with which approved accreditation schemes upload assessor details onto the central Registers is for schemes to decide.
Yours sincerely,
Phil Beschizza
