Dear Sir or Madam,
On your Committee Sectretariat webpage
(http://www.liv.ac.uk/commsec/index.htm) there is a link to "Senate
& Council minutes".
Unfortunately this is password protected for "Authorised people
only".
Under Section 1 (General right of access to information held by
public authorities) of the Freedom of Information Act, please can I
be sent a copy of all documents accessible through this link --
specifically all Senate and Council minutes held on electronic
record.
To make things easy, you can either publish a valid username and
password for this area, or remove the password protection entirely,
and then cite Section 21 (Information accessible to applicant by
other means) to avoid the necessity of bundling and emailing all
this information.
Yours faithfully,
Julian Todd
