Dear Sir or Madam, would your department kindly answer why important
evidence was unused and even lied about in my case at newcastle
crown court on 6/10/2008 the evidence unused and its very existence
denied under oath was unused material recorded by then pc derek
moss listed as dodsworths ebay accounts dated june 2007 it not only
contributed to a miscarriage of justice it also avaded others from
being prosecuted instead of myself.i have all documentary evidence
to fully support my allegations
Yours faithfully,
john dodsworth

Dear Freedom of Information Unit, would you kindly pass the
following information to ms kadir of th cps 1.john dodsworth
2.purchase of a stuffed marsh harrier and honey buzzard.3 between
may2006-oct2006 case heard 6th oct 2008 4.newcastle quayside crown
court 5.cps st anns quay newcastle upon tyne 6.why did the cps
discard vital evidence as unused material ie.my ebay accounts
recorded by pc derek moss june 2007 then lied under oath at court
oct2008 by there barrister thomas moran whom denied there very
existence allowing a gross miscarriage of justice leaving me as the
purchaser to be prosecuted instead of the seller whom falsly
advertised so he should have been prosecuted instead of me so by
placing the evidence as unused material was a deliberate ploy to
secure a prosecution on me.

Dear Freedom of Information Unit,i john dodsworth would like
released to me my confidencial report compiled by guy
sharrock[rspb]and currently being held by cps newcastle, there is no
legal reason it cannot be released to me as mark robb whom was

the cps via the ippc,i think its only fair to warn you that its
required in my for coming trial 14.9.09 and if i have not recieved

co-operation in the interest of justice.
Yours sincerely,
john dodsworth
