Dear Plymouth City Council,
What action is the Council going to take to stop the section of
Union Street outside of the Casino, Walkabout and the Union Rooms
becoming an
un-official taxi rank before 11:30 hours. The problem is most
previllent on Friday & Saturday nights and causes problems for bus
users and motorists,

Yours faithfully,
C. G. Hocking

Dear Mr Hocking,
I am requesting clarification on your message below.

The 'What Do they Know' facility is designed to allow requests for
'recorded information' to be made to Public Authorities.

Your request for information below may not have yet been the subject of
any 'recorded information' and if not then the response will be that the
information is not held.

However your message appears to be more a request for the Council to
undertake some action. If you do wish the Council to respond with a view
over the "unofficial taxi rank" then please use the Have Your Say
facility on the Council's web site:
http://www.plymouth.gov.uk/haveyoursayform

When you have clarified whether you are requesting recorded information
already created, or are seeking to know the Council's view on this issue
(possibly not already recorded information) then I will proceed with
processing your 'What Do They Know' message.

Yours sincerely
