Dear Bristol City Council,
I wish to ask who is responsible for and what purpose is the
unmarked camera fixed on the traffic lights at the junction of
Avonmouth Way and the A403 A link of the exact view is here
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=avonmout...

This link is in Google Street View and shows the view prior to the
road work carried out to 'improve' the junction.

Who is responsible for and what purpose is the unmarked camera fixed on

Bristol City Council do not hold this information and your request should
