Dear Mr Whitehouse,

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request. You specifically asked
the following:

Who is responsible for and what purpose is the unmarked camera fixed on
the traffic lights at the junction of Avonmouth Way and the A403.

Bristol City Council do not hold this information and your request should
be directed to the Highways Agency - [1]http://www.highways.gov.uk/

This response should answer your request in full, however if you are not
