Regarding Cornwall County Council becoming a unitary authority and
abolition of the councils of Penwith, Kerrier, Carrick, Restormel,
Caradon, and North Cornwall, please could you provide the following
information:

1) how you are treating in-progress FOI and EIR requests & internal
reviews made to the residuary bodies

2) what happens to emails sent to the residuary bodies' FOI contact
addresses

3) where should all new FOI and EIR requests go to

4) what is happening to information previously held by the
residuary bodies, and where should requests for this information go
to
