Regarding Northumberland County Council becoming a unitary
authority and abolition of the councils of Blyth Valley, Wansbeck,
Castle Morpeth, Tynedale, Alnwick, and Berwick-upon-Tweed, please
could you provide the following information:

1) how you are treating in-progress FOI and EIR requests & internal
reviews made to the residuary bodies

2) what happens to emails sent to the residuary bodies' FOI contact
addresses

3) where should all new FOI and EIR requests go to

4) what is happening to information previously held by the
residuary bodies, and where should requests for this information go
to

Further to your Freedom of Information request I would respond as follows;

1.FoI and EIR requests for the residuary bodies have either been completed by them or passed onto to the new County Council for completion.

2. E-mail enquiries to the residuary bodies are being forwarded to the new Authority.

3. New requests should be sent to [email address].

4. All new requests should be sent to the e-mail address quoted above, we have access to information held by the residuary bodies.
